The last few weeks have been a blur of activity!
I’ve been fortunate to attend several literary events in the Twin Cities Metro Area, but so wish I could have been to every one of them! To name all I have been a part of, in the middle of, or merely witness to, would wind up being slobbery drooling descriptions of books and a mile long list of names dropped like bombs. (I mean, for realsies, hundreds of authors, publishers, local celebrities – people I run across in a years time, all gathered at the same events in 2 weeks!) I’m a tiny, imperceptible dot in the picture of the Twin Cities literary world. No matter how many times I interact with these people, no matter how many authors I meet, I still feel like a kid at an adult party.
I hope I never lose my awe and excitement
for the literary world!
And now, for your listening pleasure, a fun song by The Beatles that my daughter plays over&over&over.
It’s like a book hangover x2 weeks….lol 🙂 LOVE it.
