Who doesn’t love receiving a handwritten letter in the mail? It is the sweet surprise in a stack of bills and advertisements!
As children, many of us can remember the thrill of pen pal correspondence, or bright envelopes holding birthday wishes.
The letter is becoming rare for the obvious reason of email, text, and instant messenger. Even birthdays and holidays are marked by e-cards.
Take some time this month to write a letter. Address the envelope in flowing hand-written script. What a wonderful gift to share the joy and excitement of a rare art form.
