There are millions of literary, grammar, and writing jokes out there. Friends send them to me all the time.
PLEASE TELL ME YOUR FAVORITE LITERARY, WRITING, OR GRAMMAR JOKE!
Anti-Oxford comma jokes not welcome. It’s too soon, man. 😉
Here are a few of my favorites:
The past, present, and future walked into a bar. It was tense.
They’re going to their house because you are not there.
Don’t you get it?! They don’t like you.
Q: What do you say when you are comforting an editor?
A: They’re, Their, There
And then, as I am a big Poe-Nerd, I get these sent to me every day. I love the Poe memes! He’s probably rolling over in his grave at the fact that he’s become a part of popular culture in the last few years. I’ve loved him since I was 8-years-old and was so irritated at first; like hearing your favorite indie band played on the radio. But now… SHARE ALL THE POE!

Oh, I love the passive aggressive raven. Too funny.
Just discovered your blog through the A-Z list – great to meet you!
